1: Is this website an online pharmacy?

No, we simply act as an affiliate to Hexpress Ltd and are not involved in the processing of any orders.

2: When will I get my order?

The delivery times vary depending on what delivery option you choose when you order your medication. If you place your order before 3pm using Hexpress Ltd’s same-day delivery option within London, your order will arrive on the same day.

All other UK orders are dispatched on the same day if ordered before 3pm and will arrive the following working day before 1pm, via Royal Mail special delivery.

All orders to EU addresses are dispatched the same day, sent via UPS next-day delivery and will arrive the following working day if ordered before 3pm.

All international orders outside of Europe are dispatched the same day, sent via an international signed-for service and can take between three and seven working days to be delivered.

3: Is the process discreet?

Your order will be delivered in plain postage packaging, with no mention of your medication or Hexpress Ltd on the packaging. The only markings on the package will be your name, delivery address and Hexpress Ltd’s return address.

4: How much does delivery cost?

All standard delivery costs are included in the price of the medication. No additional delivery charges will be applied to your order.

5: Do I need to sign for the delivery?

All medications require a signature upon delivery. If you are not going to be at home to sign for the order, you can always have your order shipped to an alternative address, arrange a more convenient delivery time or arrange a collection from your local sorting office.

6: Can I get my order the same day?

Hexpress Ltd offer a same-day delivery option for any delivery address located within approximately 40 miles from Central London, for orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday.

7: What payments do you accept?

Hexpress Ltd accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard and American Express. Please note that transactions will appear under the name 'Hexpress Ltd' on your credit card statement. Hexpress Ltd will also accept payment by cheque or postal order.

8: What courier company do you use?

If you place your order using Hexpress Ltd’s UK next-day delivery option, your order will be dispatched using their Royal Mail Special Delivery service.

All orders going to non-UK, European addresses are dispatched via UPS next-day delivery.

All international orders outside of Europe are dispatched via Royal Mail International signed-for service, which will pass the item on to your country’s local delivery service.

9: Is it safe to enter my credit card details online?

Hexpress Ltd uses a security system called SSL (secure sockets layer) during the ordering process which works by encrypting the information you send to us so that it cannot be intercepted and read by a third party. SSL encryption is extremely secure and makes ordering online very safe. The SSL logo can be seen on our website, as well as in the bottom panel of your browser (indicated by the padlock).

Whilst we are confident in the security of the ordering system, Hexpress Ltd understand that some customers would still prefer not to enter their credit card details online. In this case, please visit the contact us page to place a telephone order.
